Fujian Jincheng High-Tech Industry Co., Ltd.'s front spinning production line is currently fully equipped with Japanese TMT high-speed spinning winding machines, with a total planned 18 production lines (46 production lines, totaling 648 spinning positions). The post spinning uses Oerlikon Bamag and Wuxi Hongyuan carding machines, with a total of 67 sets of high-performance carding machines planned for 3 workshops (including 15 sets of dual track laminating machines, making it the nylon factory with the largest number of dual track laminating machines in China). The company is also equipped with advanced testing equipment that is currently leading in the industry, including the Swiss Uster UT 5-C800 fiber strip dryer, FE30-K conductivity meter, Japanese MQC nuclear magnetic resonance fiber oil content tester, Changzhou YG369III fully automatic single filament strength tester, and YG368 fully automatic shrinkage rate tester.

Product specifications: DTY from 20D to 1200D; FDY from 20D to 140D; HOY from 30D to 280D.
The product is widely used in the textile industry, including weaving, warp knitting, weft knitting, seamless underwear, lace, webbing, sock weaving, colored yarn and woolen weaving, special colored yarn, and functional sportswear fabrics. The product is positioned as a mid to high end client. Nylon products with special requirements can be jointly developed and customized.

In July 2021, Fujian Jincheng High-Tech Industry Co., Ltd. joined forces with Zhejiang Dongyuan Plasticization Technology Co., Ltd. to establish Hunan Yuehua New Materials Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Green Chemical Park (National New Industrialization Demonstration Base and National Low carbon Industrial Pilot Park) in Yunxi District, Yueyang City, with a planned investment of 1.8 billion yuan to build a 450000 ton nylon 6 polymerization project. The first phase of 300000 tons has been put into operation. The follow-up plan is to increase the capacity expansion plan and achieve the target of aggregating project production capacity of 600000 tons.
In the future, we are planning a 300000 ton new generation fully intelligent spinning and balling project.
